The Business Analyst role exposes participants to business-critical projects that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. Job Requirements
Education
- Pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or other relevant fields preferred
- Candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply

- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Core Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities—ability to assess risks, identify efficiencies, and drive process improvements
- Organizational and time management skills—capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills—ability to coordinate across teams and provide clear project updates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools

Business Analyst Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting business initiatives and operational improvements within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. Key responsibilities include:
- Assess and report the health of projects and programs, ensuring transparency and accurate status updates
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Provide oversight and direction throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements
- Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans and requirements
- Act as an internal advocate for projects, driving engagement and alignment with business objectives
- Proactively identify, resolve, and escalate project risks or issues as needed
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of strategy and operations—leveraging data, problem-solving, and project management skills to support business goals.
Eligibility Requirements This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing an associate degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher will not be considered for this role.
