About the Job
Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for a stable, remote role where you can make a meaningful impact? ABC Legal Services is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to help support our process server teams by ensuring that the legal documents we handle are accurate, consistent, and ready for action.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing documentation, resolving issues, and helping keep everything moving smoothly in our systems. You’ll work with a close-knit team that values precision, communication, and shared success. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and a typing speed of 40–50 WPM or more.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Review and accurately process legal documentation using internal tools and email

Participate in training sessions to stay up to speed on legal processes and best practices

Investigate inconsistencies in data and escalate when necessary

Take on additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED

Ability to stay focused and accurate while completing repetitive tasks

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies

Typing speed of at least 40–50 WPM

Willingness to collaborate and support your team

Prior data entry experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train you!
