Remote Case Entry Specialist

This is a remote position available to candidates located in the U.S. only.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for transcribing data from electronic medical records (EMRs) into proprietary systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You’ll monitor communication channels, manage incoming requests, upload documentation, and follow up with internal teams or clients as needed. You’ll also be cross-trained to support multiple functions across the department.

All equipment is provided for your secure home office setup.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience working with EMRs and familiarity with HIPAA/HITECH compliance

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

• Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding; ability to manage multiple digital screens

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus
