About the Team:
The Product Finance FP&A team helps drive the financial strategy behind Coinbase’s revenue-generating products. They handle forecasting, track performance, and dig into key trends to guide smart business decisions. The team also evaluates new opportunities and works closely with teams like Ops, Data, Accounting, and HR to explain results, flag risks, and make the most of company resources.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own monthly budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key teams
• Lead budget check-ins to align on revenue and spending trends
• Support month-end close and help prep for quarterly earnings calls
• Work with HR and Talent teams to plan headcount and allocate resources
• Dive into specific costs or revenue streams to uncover insights and improve performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Naturally curious, with a drive to understand the “why” behind the numbers.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to step back and see the big picture.
• Strong financial skills, including experience with modeling and analysis.
• Clear communicator who can turn complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a similar high-paced finance role.
• Interest in crypto and a desire to keep learning and growing in the space.

Nice to haves:

• Experience using Anaplan and/or Netsuite
• Data visualization (superset or equivalent)
• Coding experience (SQL or Python)
• Financial / quantitative modeling experience

Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation includes a base salary (varies by location), plus target bonus, equity, and full benefits—medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay Range: $108,630—$127,800 USD
