This role offers Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, an unlimited vacation policy along with a base salary of $40,000-$48,000 and stock options. This position is fully remote and includes quarterly virtual team activities and monthly team lunches.

About the Role

The Client Associate ensures an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests. You’ll resolve most customer questions independently and collaborate with internal teams to address more complex issues, acting as a trusted liaison between the company and its clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer success through program management, support, and training.
  • Understand accounts-payable processes and customer pain points.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing needs and feedback with internal teams.
  • Monitor and address customers’ short- and long-term business needs to retain and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on customer requests and requirements.
  • Build expertise in the company’s solutions to guide customers effectively.
  • Offer creative solutions to customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collect necessary information and documents to ensure program success.
  • Educate customers on best practices and processes.
  • Provide product training and clear documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Foster positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years of experience in technology-related roles or customer support (preferred)
  • Familiarity with banking or payment products (a plus)
  • Experience with Zendesk (a plus)
