#1 Subscription Services OperatorWe are hiring an experienced #1 Subscription Services Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan Minnesota. As a #1 Subscription Services Operator you will be responsible for reviewing job specifications performing set-up tasks monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team. You would also be eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus upon being in the role for 90 days.Hours of Work Eagan Minnesota 2nd shift 2:30 pm 10:30 pmOccasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shiftsAbout the Role:In this opportunity as a #1 Subscription Services Operator you will be responsible for: Ongoing performance of the line and crew.Providing leadership work direction and training/developing the skills of the crew to optimize overall performance.In addition to ensuring that the line is running smoothly and producing a quality product for our customers operators are expected to facilitate the Tier 1 meetings and Gemba Walk discussions to drive improvements to the processes associated with the machine.Demonstrating strong mechanical skills: troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.About You: Youre a fit for the role of #1 Subscription Services Operator if you have the following required qualifications:Strong leadership skills; ability to motivate others in a team environmentAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and production orders (level required fully competent).Solid mechanical/technical skillsExcellent communication and decision-making skillsProven success as a trainerAbility to provide training to flex employees as documented by standard work instructions on machine(s)Consistently demonstrates effective 2-shift teamwork and communicationSelf-starter with a history of going after opportunities to make improvements and learn new thingsQualification on multiple pieces of equipment is preferredPrevious experience on a subscription services line is preferred#LI-JK3Whats in it For YouCompensation: 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour and a bonus plan.Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities whether caring for family giving back to the community or finding time to refresh and reset. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation hourly range for this role is $22 - $40.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
