#1 Operator - MacWe are hiring an experiencedMac Operatorfor our printing plant team in Eagan Minnesota. For this role you would also be eligible for a $2500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.Hours of Work Eagan Minnesota1st shift 6:30 am 2:30 pmOccasional overtime up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shiftsAbout the Role:In this opportunity as aMac Operator you will be responsible for: Retrieving electronic customer files from network storage locations.Inspecting files and templates for proper imposition trim bleeds trap fonts and images.Editing and creating PostScript EPS and PDFs as required.Preflights and/or troubleshoot customer files to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.Using application software to edit and adjust files calculate and impose page layouts and/or build templates.Using computer-based workflow applications to manage files.Troubleshooting general hardware software and network problemsIdentifying solutions to non-standard requests from customers.Work results are not typically checked by othersEquipment includes:Graphic Imposition/MacAbout You:Youre a fit for the role ofMac Operatorif your background includes:Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations unless otherwise noted the base compensation hourly range for this role is $22 USD - $40 USD.

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
