This individual will support key account growth initiatives drive new opportunities and perform on-the-ground legwork to identify and qualify business across the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for a sales-driven detail-oriented professional who thrives in client-facing environments and understands the unique ecosystem of biotech pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned Life Sciences accounts within the LSS portfolio. Conduct extensive leg work to identify opportunities map stakeholder groups and expand account penetration. Support the Senior Account Director with proposal creation client presentations and pursuit strategies. Engage with Life Sciences and biotech clients to understand project needs and emerging trends. Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction. Track forecast and report on sales pipeline and client activities. Assist in driving new logo acquisition within the Life Sciences domain. Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. Required Qualifications 7 10 years of experience in sales account management or client engagement-preferably within Life Sciences Services / LSS. Strong understanding of Life Sciences industry landscapes including biotech medical devices and R&D services. Demonstrated track record of client engagement opportunity development and account expansion. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform field work meet clients and engage stakeholders effectively. Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders highly preferred.
