All issues will be discussed with the janitorial crew and managed through the online work order system.Responds to ALL calls for assigned accounts at all times (this includes nights and weekends if necessary).Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; being proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems; recommending operational improvements.Fill in when employees cannot make it to work by performing duties such as Vacuuming restroom cleaning window cleaning dusting trash disposal emergency requests and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.Standing Walking and Bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.Must be hardworking reliable customer service-oriented friendly professional and a team player.Floor care and pressure washing experience are preferred.Requirements:Personal smartphoneReliable transportationPass a criminal background check.
