SUMMARY:Responsible for pulling all necessary yarns requested by knitting personnel to ensure that the floor runs efficiently with minimal down time. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that complete lots are used up before opening new caseEnsures that smallest and oldest cases are used firstCommunicates yarn issues with Knitting SupervisorsResponsible for stocking floor with necessary yarnHelps with monthly inventoryAdhere to company policies including attendance and punctualityCommunicate with co-workers management and others in a courteous and professional manner;Conform with and abide by all regulations policies work procedures and instructions.Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job descriptionQualifications PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Excellent attention to detail time management skills and meeting deadlinesAbility to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethicAbility to work in a team or independently SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent. KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITYPossess excellent human relations skills communications skills and leadership ability.
