Job Description: Client Partner Manufacturing (ERP/SAP) Location: Seattle WA Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders highly preferred Industry: Manufacturing (MFG) Role Type: Client Partner / Sales & Delivery Leadership About the Role We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to manage and grow strategic relationships within a large manufacturing client environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP (SAP preferred) end-to-end delivery oversight account growth and leading cross-functional teams. Prior experience selling and delivering ERP transformation programs within a manufacturing landscape is highly desired. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary executive liaison for the client ensuring exceptional relationship management and customer satisfaction. Drive account growth expand footprints and identify new opportunities across IT services ERP modernization and digital transformation. Lead and manage ERP/SAP deal cycles including scoping solutioning pricing and contracting. Own delivery governance ensuring high-quality execution of ongoing programs and projects. Work closely with delivery pre-sales and practice teams to ensure successful execution and continuous value delivery. Lead client roadmap discussions transformation strategies and long-term engagement planning. Track and report account performance revenue forecasting and client health. Build strong CXO VP Director and business stakeholder relationships. Ensure post-sales delivery excellence issue resolution risk mitigation and escalations management. Drive client satisfaction scores renewals and long-term engagement success. Required Qualifications 10 15 years of experience in Client Partner Account Management or similar roles within IT Services. Strong experience supporting large Manufacturing (MFG) clients (OEMs automotive heavy equipment manufacturing preferred). Proven success selling and delivering ERP transformation programs preferably SAP. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery across complex enterprise IT programs. Strong understanding of ERP landscapes-SAP S/4HANA ECC integrations migrations supply chain modules. Consistent track record of hunting and farming within enterprise accounts. Experience working with cross-functional global delivery teams. Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive-level presentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with Paccar or similar large manufacturing OEMs. Background in IT Services Consulting or System Integration. Understanding of cloud data and supply chain transformation initiatives. Ability to build multi-year strategic account plans and revenue models.
