Job Title: Hunter Tech Clients (SBU) Location: California (Hybrid/Onsite as needed) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders highly preferred Industry: High-Tech / Technology Services Role Type: Sales Hunter / New Logo Acquisition About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter to drive new business development within the Hi-Tech sector for our Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT services to technology clients building executive-level relationships and winning new logo accounts in the California market. This role is focused on aggressive hunting pipeline development and driving revenue growth with mid-market and enterprise technology customers. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end new logo acquisition and revenue generation across the Hi-Tech client segment. Develop nurture and close opportunities with technology companies in California. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting networking and market research. Lead client conversations understand business challenges and position relevant IT service offerings. Align with internal delivery solutions and leadership teams to ensure successful deal closures. Drive proposal development RFP responses commercials and contract negotiations. Maintain strong market intelligence on Tech industry trends competitors and buying behaviors. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets consistently. Required Skills & Experience 7 12 years of experience in IT services sales preferably within Hi-Tech or Technology verticals. Proven Hunter background with measurable success in winning new logos. Strong relationships within the California technology ecosystem is a plus. Ability to understand and pitch complex IT solutions digital transformation services Cloud Data and Product Engineering. Proven experience engaging C-level VP and Director-level executives. Excellent negotiation communication and client management skills. Highly driven target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience selling into Hi-Tech companies (software semiconductor networking cloud or product firms). Strong understanding of the California tech market landscape. Experience working with global delivery models.
