Job Details IN Plainfield - Plainfield Correctional Facility - PLAINFIELD IN Full-Time Professional Degree Day Medical Physician & Advanced Practice ProviderDescription Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.We are currently seeking afull-timeSite Medical Directorto join our team at Plainfield Correctional Facilitylocated in Plainfield Indiana.The Medical Director provides the clinical direction needed to meet service delivery requirements direct clinical services for patients and clinical supervision for medical staff at the assigned site under the supervision of the Statewide Medical Director.
