• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment, including machinery, HVAC systems, and electrical systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules based on manufacturer recommendations and operational needs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues before they lead to failures, utilizing a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Conduct tests and measurements to evaluate equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service logs and inventory management, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
