Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a 1st & 2nd Shift Quality Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.Responsibilities:Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished productsCreate Purchase Orders to send to outside processingQuality inspection of incoming finished goods including visual inspection and some dimensional inspectionLight blueprint readingComparing incoming certifications to PO requirementsTouch up of finished goods with paint/CFLight repair of machined parts using files and/or sandpaperCompletion of and entry of data into FAI'sIdentify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defectsMaintain a clean and safe work environment​​Qualifications:History of minimal aircraft part inspection is a plusAbility to use micrometers & calipersMust be able to sit & work with hands for entire shiftStrong attention to detail and accuracyCandidate must work well unattendedDependability, Focus and being Self-Motivated are requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong background in math is a plusMust be able to work overtime as neededMust be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality​To be considered, please click "Apply Now."
