We're hiring experienced CNC Swiss Machinists for 2nd Shift at a rapidly expanding, high?precision machining shop serving the aerospace, medical, and defense industries. If you love tight tolerances, clean facilities, and brand?new equipmentthis is the perfect long?term opportunity.
Position: Cnc Swiss Machinist (2nd Shift)
Shift: 2nd Shift Swiss (full?time) / 1st shift Mill or Lathe Set up Machinist

What You'll Do
Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines (Citizen preferred; Star/Tsugami welcome)
Load programs & set tooling
Perform first?piece verification
Make offsets/adjustments to hold extremely tight tolerances
Complete tool changes and wear compensation
Troubleshoot minor machine issues
Read/interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
Inspect parts using mics, calipers, indicators, comparators, etc.
Maintain a clean, safe workstation
What We're Looking For
Hands?on experience with Swiss CNC machines
Strong ability to hold tight tolerances
Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and Swiss?style machining
Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and use precision measurement tools
Reliable, detail?oriented, and able to work independently
Desire to grow with a quickly expanding company
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
G?code / M?code editing
Experience with CAM (Mastercam, Esprit, etc.)
Aerospace, medical, or high?precision machining

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $43.00/hr.
