Position: Auto MechanicShift: 1st Shift / Flexible hoursWages: $15.00 - $35.00/hour depending on experience Summary: We are looking for an Auto Mechanic to join our reputable team in Slinger, WI. This is a full-time, onsite role performing basic car maintenance to diagnostics, keeping cars safe and reliable for our customers. Role DescriptionInspecting and maintaining various vehicle systems, performing suspension work, and ensuring vehicle safety. The role requires hands-on technical work and a strong understanding of automotive systems.Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, brake jobs, fluid services, tire rotation, etc.)Complete mechanical repairs including suspension work, belt and hose replacement, cooling systems, exhaust, and minor engine repairsAssist with diagnostics using scan tools and testing equipmentPerform vehicle inspections to identify maintenance and repair needsInterpret work orders and follow procedures to meet manufacturer and industry standardsCommunicate repair needs clearly to service advisors and other team membersMaintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety guidelinesKeep up with training and advancements in automotive technology QualificationsThe role requires hands-on technical work and a strong understanding of automotive systems.2-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive repairSolid understanding of mechanical systems and basic diagnostic proceduresFamiliarity with OEM service information and scan toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environmentASE certifications a plus (especially A4-A8)Strong problem-solving and teamwork skillsProficiency in Vehicle Maintenance and Oil ChangesSkills in Automotive Repair and General Maintenance & RepairExperience in working on Suspension systemsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationCertification in automotive technology or related field is a plus {"@context":"http://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","baseSalary":null,"datePosted":"2025-06-17","validThrough":"2026-06-17","description":"Position:  Auto MechanicShift:  1st Shift / Flexible hoursWages: $15.00 - $35.00/hour depending on experience Summary:  We are looking for an Auto Mechanic to join our reputable team in Slinger, WI.
