1st shift CNC Operator at ABR Employment Services

ABR Employment Services is recruiting a 1st Shift CNC Operator for a fantastic manufacturer in Mosinee! If you enjoy hands-on work, precision machining, and a consistent 4-day workweek, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Overtime: Fridays as needed

• Pay: $20/hour

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machines for precision machining

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to plan operations

• Select and install the right tools, fixtures, and attachments

• Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and efficiency

• Adjust settings to maintain tight tolerances and dimensions

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

What We're Looking For

• CNC operating experience is a plus (but trainable candidates encouraged!)

• Basic math, reading, and blueprint interpretation skills

• Ability to assemble and fabricate components

• Background in production or fabrication environments preferred

• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift 10 lbs consistently, 10-25 lbs frequently, 25-50 lbs occasionally

• Stand for up to 10 hours per shift

• Frequent overhead and shoulder-level work

• Full range of arm and wrist movement

• Good hand dexterity and grip strength

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a rotation
