1st Shift Aerospace Painter Assistant at Manpower Group

Our client, a dynamic player in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Painter Assistant to join their team. As a Painter Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the painting team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** 1st Shift Painter Assistant
**Location:** Lynwood, CA
**Pay Range: $17-$18**
**Shift:** 10pm- 6:30am
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist the painter with preparation tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.
+ Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
+ Support the team in mixing paint and preparing surfaces for painting.
+ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
**What's Needed?**
+ **Previous Painter Assistant or Painting experience is REQUIRED**
+ **Previous Aerospace experience is a Plus**
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
+ Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
+ Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines.
