Production Assembler 1st Shift 1st Shift (7am - 3:30pm)$18.00/hour$1250 sign on bonusProduction AssemblerWhat Youll DoAs a Production Assembler youll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea OH. Youll get to: Assemble rigid couplings and band clamps to blueprint Performs etching operation on rigid couplings bands and flanges etc. Understand and know what all parts and components of the rigid couplings and band clamps are and their functionality Print finished product labels and ensure accuracy of completed product and label Packing the finished parts Set up and operate back banders rollers and spot welding machines Visual inspection of all components to ensure quality standards are met Use calipers micrometers and tape measures to ensure parts are made to spec Read and understand blue prints Clock in and out of jobs in JDE Must be willing to work outside of your current position and department as qualified and needed Perform daily housekeeping task. Help maintain 5S standards in your work location and whole department Abide by all Safety regulations and policies Must wear all required PPE for any task/job currently being performed Meet all production standards and efficiencies focusing on Safety Quality Delivery and Cost based on current routings/times Other duties as assignedWhere You Will WorkConsolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) a division of Stanley Black & Decker is a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners fittings and engineered products for the aerospace defense and industrial markets.
