Qualifications/Experience:High School Diploma/GED.A successful background check is required.Prefer experience working with school age children.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:Patience flexibility love for children confidentiality teamwork self-starter takes direction easily excellent communication skills behavior management skills assist in the classroom and in special education classroom.Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion respect responsibility self-discipline and honesty.Specific Tasks:Work with student throughout the day assisting with behavior and academics.
