This is the opportunity youre looking for if you have a passion for learning about corporate communications (public relations messaging strategy social media employee communications and much more); a desire to explore and learn what it takes to deliver communications at a global scale; and thorough attention to detail. Were looking for candidates who want to share their diverse perspectives and experiences (whether from life school or prior work) to help us deliver high-quality communications on behalf of Amazon. During your summer internship your responsibilities may include working with media/journalists analyzing news coverage writing company communications developing content for Amazon news channels (e.g. ) and social media channels (e.g. @insideamazon) drafting communication strategy or supporting company events. Your internship will include one or more communication projects that you get to own and then recap your learnings and recommendations for CCR leaders. Along the way youll build valuable relationships with fellow interns tenured communications professionals and leaders from across the CCR organization. CCR is comprised of hundreds of communications professionals around the globe. The base pay for this position ranges from $51700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
