Job Description
The HR Intern is "hosted" by the HR Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, or headquarters.The identified candidate will start this program in May of 2026 at our Winter Haven, Florida site.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the HR Manager with:

- Maintenance of personnel and/or training records
- Provide assistance with job postings and maintaining applicant tracking records
- Presentations
- Administration and coordination of new employee orientation programs
- Responses to employee inquiries and questions
- Special projects as identified by the HR ManagerMaterial Job Duties Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
Minimum Requirements- Must be enrolled in a college or university at the time of the internship or co-op program
- Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
- Must have at least one (1) year of work experience using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point Preferred Requirements
- Majoring in Human Resources or related majors
- Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
- Have previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
- Have previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
- Be a rising or current junior or senior in college or university at the start of the internship program
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
- Have previous internship or co-op experience in the Sherwin-Williams Global Supply Chain Division
- Have previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related field
- Have previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.
