They develop manufacturing skills an understanding of manufacturing engineering or production test engineering and Raytheon systems and tools. Manufacturing Engineers build technical depth in manufacturing or testing processes and are accountable for improvement and optimization.What You Will Do: Design control and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined teamImprove cycle time and lead timeImplement manufacturing process control and performance monitoringCreate and oversee improvement projectsTranslate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processesPerform hardware defect analysisParticipate in corrective action investigations.Qualifications You Must Have: Must be at least a sophomore by the start of summer 2026 pursuing a bachelors or masters degree majoring in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial Aerospace or closely related Engineering major.The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
