Skip the entry-level grunt-work and start making a real impact on Day 1. As part of the Red Ventures Launch program internship youll find unparalleled opportunities to gain exposure to the role and learn what its like to work at RV over the 10-week summer internship period with the goal of getting a full-time return offer for the following summer.Youll start with a large cohort of interns who will be your community as you navigate the RV internship environment together. You will experience in-depth onboarding and extended training to help you learn the ropes accelerate your growth and further hone your skills. After getting ramped up you will join your assigned RV team meet your manager and mentor and gain hands-on industry experience to invest in your career growth.The Launch Program internship is NOT a chance to sit on the sidelines to learn how we do things. Its your chance to dive in headfirst and take advantage of a 10-week vision into the work we do learn from our top mentors and get a jump start into your Red Ventures career while still in school.This role will be based out of our San Juan Puerto Rico location Monday-Thursday with remote work on Fridays.What Youll Do:Associate Product Designers create responsive and complex web sites for globally-recognized brands in multiple high-growth industries. At Red Ventures we marry data and design - hooking our creative into powerful user behavior technology that helps us build better connections between brands and consumers. Our designers work directly with data scientists and business analysts to understand user behavior build highly personalized digital experiences and collect feedback in near-real-time. The lessons we learn inform new designs - producing websites unlock enormous growth inspire action in consumersand look amazing in the this role you will:Contribute to the creation of product designs for massive digital brands through the use of design systems standards and industry best practicesExplore various solutions through whiteboarding sessions with the broader creative teamDesign from concept to execution creating wireframes as well as high-fidelity visualsCreate interactive prototypes to be used in usability testingDemonstrate skill in design strategy layout typography illustration and visual hierarchy.Help conduct research through competitive analysis and usability testing to gain design insightsIdentify data-driven opportunities to innovate on-site while sticking to deadlinesIterate on existing designs to improve usability and performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.What Were Looking For:Graduating Winter 2026 or Summer 2027 with a relevant Bachelors.Summer June 2026 start date in our Santurce Puerto Rico officeFoundational design skills and Figma proficiency including basic UX/UI principles wireframes flows and visual hierarchy.Curiosity and willingness to learn especially around design systems research and team processes.Collaborative and proactive mindset working well with others taking initiative and exploring solutions independently.Experience with graphic designPassion for your craft with an appetite to stay on the cutting edge of new trendsDesire to grow with a flexible skillset - leaning into writing content visual design and user research.Solid interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with no ego a competitive spirit and great sense of humorPassionate about working in a dynamic fast-paced performance-driven environmentA strong desire and commitment to get better every dayGreat sense of humor (yes its worth saying twice)Pro-tip: include some samples of your work!
