With over 300 primary care and specialty physicians on the medical staff our physicians are skilled in the most advanced procedures and technology and provide personalized patient care in a warm and caring environment.About Our Program:Training Program start dateFebruary 2nd 2025Training program interview days: December 22nd and December 29thComprehensivepaidtraining to ensure your success (program length is 32 hours/week for 4 weeks 128 hours total) *Training will take place on day shiftProgram is a mix of theory/classroom simulation/lab and clinical experience.Run by the Education Department with various guest speakers/trainers assistingParticipants will receive American Heart Association BLS certificationCandidates will be invited for an opportunity to shadow a nursing assistant prior to receiving a job offer.Guaranteed benefits-eligible inpatient nursing assistant position (evening or night shift) upon completion of the programQualifications:Must be 18 years old as of February 2 2025High school diploma or GED equivalentMust have reliable transportation and be able to work evenings nights weekends & holidaysMRMC Differentials:Hospital differentials are:$3.50 hourly for evenings$5.00 hourly for nightsand $2.75 hourly for weekends.
