A company is looking for a Product Manager, Provider Engagement and Innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and maintenance of a detailed roadmap for clinical platform enhancements and new platform developmentPartner with stakeholders to operationalize provider partnerships and translate VBC strategies into productized capabilitiesConduct market analyses and maintain a deep understanding of VBC arrangements and population health trendsRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, or a related fieldHigh comfort level with software development concepts and the product development lifecycleFamiliarity with healthcare and population health managementDeep knowledge of value-based care models and experience translating these into product capabilitiesProficiency in managing cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
