Gain field experience alongside sales members andsurgeons andhelp gather customer insights tovalidatecampaigns and commercial models using Strykers Big Picture Marketing framework.Marketing Communications:Partner with internal teams and external vendors to create customer-facing marketing materials.Contributeto the execution of Strykers communication strategy including digital advertising and sales communications.Assistwith product launches trade shows and sales meetings to ensure brand consistency and effective engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.Majors Targeted:Marketing Business Business Administration/Management CommunicationsWhat You NeedCurrently pursuing aBachelors or Mastersdegree in a related field;mustremain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (verified at time of hire)Must be legallyauthorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate and build relationshipsDemonstrated leadership problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with leading digital and graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite Canva and presentation platforms such as PowerPoint or Google Slides with enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and continuous learning.$19.50 min hourly wage $34 max hourly wage and either paid corporate housing or a living stipend dependent upon hiring location.Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.Travel Percentage: 10%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
