Responsibilities include:Collaborating with different levels of management within multiple businesses or functions to seek opportunities for innovation and growthParticipation in FCs intern specific projects and events in addition to Fidelitys firm wide University Talent eventsPresenting solutions to Fidelity management and business leadersSupporting work across the various business units and cross-Fidelity initiativesThe Fidelity Intern Program (FIDTERN Program)Fidelitys full-time paid 10-week FIDTERN Program offers students the opportunity to contribute to meaningful real-world work and projects as valued members of a dedicated team.Our program is designed to provide students with a firsthand experience of what its like to work here full-time. Learn directly from senior leaders sharpen your professional communication explore strategies for maintaining well-being in the workplace and build financial confidence through expert-led financial literacy workshops.Mentorship: Opt-in to our intern mentorship program and connect with experienced professionals who will support your growth and help you navigate your career journey.Regional Events: Build connections with leaders and fellow interns through engaging onsite experiences and unwind with your peers at fun local outings (like go-karting pickleball or bowling).The base salary range for this position is $20 - $32 per hour.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.Note the application window closes when the position is filled or unposted.Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates.
