Specific job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Load operate and maintain robotic plasma and weld cellsOperate crane forklift and other heavy equipmentOperate robotic cells according to production schedules and standard operating proceduresLoad raw materials and components into fixtures or machinesMonitor plasma and weld quality and perform basic visual and dimensional inspectionsPerform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to ensure proper operationFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work areaDocument production data and report issues to supervisors or maintenanceAssist with changeovers setups and basic preventative maintenanceSafety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Requirements: Experience reading drawings prints and weld standards6 months of welding experience1 year of robotic welding experienceWillingness to work flexible shifts including nights or weekends if requiredPreferences: Manufacturing forklift and overhead crane experienceMIG flux core welding experienceABB robotics experienceNucor is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/Disabled/Vets and a drug free workplace Key Skills Continuous Integration,APIs,Automotive software,Test Cases,Electrical Engineering,Junit,Distributed Control Systems,Testng,Java,Test Automation,Programmable Logic Controllers,Selenium Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
