Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment)
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience with specific machines/software if applicable
- Knowledge of G-code is a plus
