American Custom Metal Fabricating, Inc. is seeking a Laser Operator to safely perform laser cutting operations for a variety of metals and thicknesses. As a Laser Operator, you will have the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be part of a team committed to excellence in customer service, quality, and on-time delivery. Daily Responsibilities: Perform typical laser cutting operations Operate the CNC laser cutting machine Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness Load programs and set machine parameters for optimal performance Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Required Skills: Experience in production line operations Proficiency in machine operation, including CNC machines Knowledge of machining processes such as milling and assembly Ability to use hand tools and personal protective equipment Experience reading blueprints and performing preventive maintenance Technical Skills: Experience as a forklift operator Knowledge of quality control inspection processes Ability to operate heavy equipment Experience in shipping, packaging, and inspections Understanding of supply chain processes Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $68,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
