Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker 3 to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Worker 3, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Shift: Days (05:00-07:00)

What's the Job?

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
• Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
• Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
• Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
• Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
• Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective operations.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain attention to detail.
