If so, wed love to meet you!Were currently looking for caring, committed preschool teachers to join our play-based learning environment, where we focus on supporting the whole-childs growth and development.What Makes Us Different:Lower Student-Teacher Ratios: Our classrooms maintain a 1:10 ratiomuch lower than the typical 1:1619 at most childcare centers.Work-Life Balance: All shifts are Monday through Friday, with no nights, no weekends, and major holidays off.Set, Consistent Hours: Were currently hiring for the following full-time shifts:8:15 AM 5:15 PM or 11:00 AM - 6:00PMPositive, Supportive Culture: Were seeking long-term team members who are excited to build relationships and grow with us.Who We're Looking For:You must genuinely love working with children and have the patience and energy to keep up with curious, active preschoolers aged 35. This role includes:Following daily lesson plans and activitiesProviding nurturing, attentive careCreating positive, engaging interactionsActively supervising and ensuring safetyMinimum Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalentAble to pass a fingerprint/background check through Child Care LicensingObtain or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers PermitCPR and First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)Complete CDA certification within one year (we offer professional development support)Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for most of the shiftReady to Apply?Wed love to schedule a working interview with you!
