Job Title: Client Partner / Hunter West Coast (Life Sciences & Bio-Tech) Location: California (Bay Area / Greater Los Angeles / San Diego) Industry: Life Sciences & Services (LSS) Pharma Bio-Tech Medical Devices Healthcare Services Role Type: New Logo Acquisition / Business Development About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Hunter with a strong background in selling IT & Business Services across the Life Sciences and Bio-Tech sector. This individual will focus on new logo acquisition revenue growth and strategic account penetration across the West Coast with a primary focus on Californias Life Sciences hubs. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge strong CXO-level relationships and a proven track record of winning complex deals in the LSS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Drive New Logo Acquisition within the Life Sciences Bio-Tech Pharma and Healthcare Services sectors across California. Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting and qualification to solutioning negotiation and closure. Identify pursue and convert high-value opportunities across enterprise clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs VPs and senior decision-makers in the Life Sciences and Bio-Tech ecosystem. Collaborate with delivery solution architects and leadership teams to craft tailored proposals and value propositions. Stay current with Life Sciences industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while expanding market presence across California. Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking forums within the LSS ecosystem. Required Skills & Experience 8 15 years of hands-on experience in business development new logo acquisition or client partner roles. Proven success selling to clients in Life Sciences Bio-Tech Pharma Healthcare Services or related verticals. Strong understanding of Life Sciences workflows regulatory environments and industry-specific service needs. Track record of hunting and winning multimillion-dollar deals across West Coast enterprise accounts. Deep network across Californias Life Sciences hubs - Bay Area San Diego Los Angeles and surrounding regions. Ability to drive consultative solution-based selling in areas such as: IT Services & Digital Transformation Cloud Data & AI Clinical / R&D / Lab IT Quality Regulatory and Compliance Services Infrastructure & Managed Services Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience selling into tier-1 Bio-Tech Pharma CROs CDMOs Medical Device manufacturers. Understanding of FDA/EMA regulations GxP systems and Life Sciences quality frameworks. Experience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
