Location:Geisinger Lewistown Hospital (GLH)Shift:Days (United States of America)Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Worker Type:RegularExemption Status:YesJob Summary:Geisinger Lewistown Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our hospital medicine team in Lewistown PAGeisinger Lewistown Hospital is a 123-bed acute care community hospital serving the 80000 residents of Mifflin and Juniata counties and members of the contiguous counties of Centre Perry Snyder and Huntingdon.Job Duties:Position Schedule:7 days on - 7 days off7 AM - 7 PMICU: partially openProcedures: NonePosition Details:Interviews patients to obtain information such as symptoms medical histories and family testsas needed.Diagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and/or prescribeor maintains and reviews records that includepatientshistories examination findings treatment plans or outcomes.Work is typically performed in a clinical and office environment.
