3PL Logistics Specialist – Arabic Bilingual at iHerb

Shift: 5:30AM - 1:30PM EST Job Summary:The Jr. Specialist 3PL services will support in managing 3PL operations for iHerb. This position is responsible for daily operations and coordination with our 3PL partners and various internal departments including Inventory Planning Marketing Warehouse Operations Engineering to ensure our 3PL operates efficiently while meeting KPIs. manage and execute multiple time-sensitive projects to meet business objectives of the iHerb LLC. Reporting to the Manager of 3PL Services this position will manage projects/tasks through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders. Jr. Specialist 3PL services will liaise with management on defining project scope goals deliverables and executing defined as needed. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills with advanced Excel knowledge for data analytics.Job Expectations:Support in managing of projects from design through implementation that support growth and operational improvements for the companyIdentify drive and develop best practices efficiencies and process workflowsPerform day-to-day management of operation activities; prioritize resolve issues and discrepancies as they surfaceCollaborate with applicable stakeholders.Support in Identifying resource requirements required to implement a given project Plan and schedule the project activitiesEnsure that projects/tasks meet deadlines and escalation of issues which may impact successful implementation/execution.Conduct data collection and analysis.Actively identify and scope new opportunities to improve how we serve customers and improve our business processPerform other duties as assignedWorking hours between 5:30AM EST-1:30PM ESTThe duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position. Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-taskEquipment Knowledge:Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite (EXCEL Word PowerPoint Visio and Project)Experience Requirements:1 year of similar experience.Experience managing complex projects.Understanding of business process workflowsExcellent organizational skillsEducation Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration a related discipline or equivalent additional experience requiredWork Environment: The noise in the work environment is usually moderate. Other factors are:Hectic fast-paced with multi-level distractionsWarehouse environment may be required to wear safety equipmentAbility to work extended hours as requiredJudgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment poise and diplomacy.
