No experience isnecessary training is provided. The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them. Our DSPs will be taking care of all of these residents daily needs; dressing feeding changing bathing cleaning transportation medication assistance etc.The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
