Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of 20 machinists and forklift operators to meet daily production targets Coordinate shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow, proper staffing, and on-time output Monitor and enforce quality standards to ensure all products meet customer and internal specifications Promote and uphold a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Train new hires and mentor existing team members to elevate skill level and overall team performance Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining or production issues Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency What We're Looking For Prior experience in machining or manufacturing leadership (Supervisor or strong Lead experience) Ability to manage and motivate teams in a production environment Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach Working knowledge of machining processes, quality standards, and shop floor operations Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Interested in hearing more?
