3rd Shift - Production Worker

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in the production process. You will work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping.
• Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on predetermined substrates or mediums.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application through cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques according to size, type, and complexity.
• Operate and maintain printers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Perform quality assurance checks by accurately reading work orders and proofing for errors.
• Conduct finishing operations such as laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock that needs reordering.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in production, assembly, and general production tasks.
• Experience with inspection, hand tools, general labor, machine operation, and load management.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Capability to stand for long periods.
• Strength to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over waist-high tables and apply vinyl graphics.
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.
• Proficiency in using light power equipment.

This is a contract position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
