Operate, set up, and maintain a 5 axis CNC bridge saw to cut and finish stone(granite, marble, quartz) and large-format materials to specification; ensure accuracy, quality, and safety on a fast paced fabrication production floor.

Set up and operate the 5 axis CNC bridge saw (fixtures, tooling, probes, offsets).

Load and secure slabs/stock safely; select and install blades/tools and cutting parameters.

Read prints, templates, a nd CAD/CAM outputs; verify dimensions and tolerances.

Execute part programs; make minor program edits and offsets at the machine when needed.

Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks (measuring, squaring, edge profiles).

Maintain cutting schedules, job logs, and material tracking in the shop system.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on the saw; report issues and coordinate repairs.

Follow shop safety rules and PPE; participate in continuous improvement and training activities.

Train or mentor junior operators when required.
