#607 Building Custodian at WWAY

WWAY-TV LLC#607 Building Custodian Daily Duties and Responsibilities:Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.Keep track of building supplies.Performs routine maintenance activities.Performs heavy cleaning duties.Sweeps mops scrubs or vacuums floors.Change light bulbs.Gathers and empties trash.Scrubs sanitizes and supplies restroom facilities.Dusts furniture walls and equipment.Cleans windows mirrors and partitions with soap and other cleansers.Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning according to instructions.Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Cleans fixtures and furniture.Shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs.Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.Drives station vehicles to be cleaned and repaired. Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications/SkillsHighschool Diploma or GED Able to sit stand kneel lift carry 50 pounds and work in tight spaces as neededCan work independently and as part of a team environmentStrong work ethic and positive attitudeFriendly with good interpersonal skillsCan communicate wellCan operate a ladder without issues Able to use hand tools and power tools Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable transportationPlumbing skills are welcomed but not requiredApproximate Hours Per Week40hrs a weekWork HoursRegular Business Hours (M-F 7-4)LocationLeland North Carolina United StatesHourly Rate$15.45/hrStart DateASAPPlease send resume to emailprotected.
