Job Description Job Description QLM is seeking experienced 2G, 3G, and 4G Welders to join our fabrication team in Glendale, Arizona. If you can weld vertical and overhead without breaking a sweat, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:
- Perform 2G (horizontal), 3G (vertical), and 4G (overhead) welds on carbon steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Fabricate and assemble tank components to specification
- Maintain weld quality and production standards
- Follow all shop safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience welding in 2G, 3G, and 4G positions
- 6G CERTIFIED FOR HIGHER END OF PAY SCALE
- Ability to pass an on-site weld test
- Experience with MIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to Glendale, AZ
