Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMust have Early Childhood Credentials Assist lead teacher with both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.Maintain daily open communication with parentsMaintain confidentialityReport any suspect abuse to supervisorArrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophyMaintain a safe and healthy environmentInspect and replace damaged or lost materialsAttend in-service, professional development workshops and staff meetingsKeep all appropriate daily records to satisfy Kids ‘R’ Kids, state, health and federal requirements.  Meet all Quality Assurance Best Practice Guidelines as well as state, health, and federal licensing regulations.Provide input for bi-annual assessment of children's developmentDocument incidents and accident appropriately. Additional duties as assigned by owner or director and lead teacher.
