737 Systems & Interiors Supply Chain Management AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-level 737 Systems & Interiors Supply Chain Management Analyst based out of Renton Washington.This position will be responsible for working with the internal and external supply chain to fulfill the responsibilities of the Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) role on the BCA 737 Systems & Interiors SCMA team.Position Responsibilities:Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutionsApplies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chainAnalyzes complex material requirementsVerifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production planDetermines part number attributesInitiates coordinates and authorizes release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availabilityEnsures on-time deliveryDocuments and order delinquenciesReports schedule adherence issuesDevelops and controls inventory plansOptimizes inventory levelsAnalyzes and dispositions excess inventoriesInitiates auditsDevelops and creates schedules for products and servicesAssists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposalsImplements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performanceThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1 years of experience in supporting operations materials management and/or supply chain functions in production environment1 years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)1 years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplyProficient with all Microsoft Office suite applicationsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3 or more years of Supply Chain experience in Aerospace Defense Manufacturing or another industryBachelors degree or higherDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
