777-9 Airplane Integration Office First Level ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently looking for a 777-9 Airplane Integration Office First Level Manager to join team in Everett Washington.Position Responsibilities:Lead the Airplane Level Integration Team activities for FAA Amended Type Certification (ATC) including TIA and EASA Validation Type Certification (VTC) planning and executionProvide technical business and integration leadership for the 777X Program on engineering issues requiring cross-functional and cross-organizational leadershipResponsible for developing integrated plans establishing and leading teams monitoring and responding to technical developments risk management and managing all aspectsof projects to closureManage develop and motivate a team of highly capable Airplane Level Program Integration Managers (PIMs) supporting the 777X Program to lead special projects in support of TIA ATC VTC and EISThis position requires a quick learner who can rapidly understand complex technical concepts across multiple engineering disciplines a problem solver who can analyze and organize complex technical problems into actionable execution plans and a leader who can build consensus deliver results and demonstrate beginning to end accountabilityAbility to take ownership / initiative pull teams together establish operating rhythm and remove roadblocksAs needed acts as the Safety Certification and Performance (SC&P) Leader delegateThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
