Testing is critical to assuring effective emergency-response communications, ensure policies, procedures, and best practices for telephony systems are being met throughout the implementation of the 9-1-1 system. Testing New and Proof of concept e911 products or Networking functionalityTesting and approving MOPs for field Site TechniciansDevelop and execute test plans, document defects and report test results. Work directly with call handling and ESInet suppliers to investigate, provide root cause analyses and resolve issues. Track open defects to resolution.Server Room Maintenance To include Vendor CPE & ATT Network equipment. Ability to locate termination endpoint and installation of cabling of new servers routers and associated network equipment.
