We are seeking a skilled Cardiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Washington State, in a location near Garfield. Position Details Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: OngoingSchedule:7-day inpatient blocks, one week per month.Shifts run from Thursday 7 AM to Wednesday 5 PM.Night call responsibilities will vary.Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per shift.Setting: Both outpatient and inpatient cardiology practice. Requirements Board Certification: Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.Certifications: ACLS and BLS are required.Licensure: Active Washington State medical license (WA only).Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30 days.Must be eligible for hospital/surgery center privileges. Clinical Skills Needed Core Skills: Non-invasive cardiology, echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), ICU care, and outpatient/inpatient cardiology.Preferred Skills: PA catheter placement and diagnostic cardiac catheterization.Not Required: Interventional cardiology procedures or electrophysiology.
