We are constantly studying and evaluating our benefits programs and policies to better meet present and future requirements.Job Description Aircraft Mechanic / Sheet Metal Technician (B747 Project)Job Description A&P Mechanic (B737 Gen Fam Required)Location: Louisville KentuckyClient: NTAS B737 Modification & Maintenance ProjectDuration: Project-Based (Long-Term)Schedule: Full-Time Overtime AvailableStart Date: ASAPPosition OverviewNTAS is hiring experienced A&P Mechanics with Boeing 737 General Familiarization experience to support a long-term maintenance and modification program in Louisville Kentucky. This role involves heavy checks system troubleshooting component removals/installations and support of ongoing modification work on B737 aircraft.Candidates must have strong hands-on experience in commercial aviation the ability to interpret maintenance manuals and a proven record of high-quality compliant work.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance inspections repairs and modifications on B737 aircraftTroubleshoot aircraft systems (hydraulic pneumatic electrical flight controls)Remove install and rig flight control surfaces and major componentsConduct operational checks and system verificationsUtilize AMMs IPCs wiring diagrams and engineering documentsEnsure all maintenance is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and NTAS quality standardsDocument work performed and ensure accurate logbook entriesAdhere to all safety procedures policies and work instructionsRequired QualificationsValid FAA A&P License (Airframe & Powerplant)B737 Gen Fam training required (proof must be provided)3 years of commercial heavy maintenance experienceAbility to read understand and follow AMM/SRM/IPC documentationMust pass background check and drug screeningEligible to work in the United StatesPreferred ExperiencePrevious work on B737 C-checks heavy checks or modification programsTroubleshooting and operational check experienceFamiliarity with structural or systems components on 737 NG/ClassicKey AttributesStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently or as part of a teamReliable punctual and safety-focusedStrong communication and problem-solving skills Key Skills Engineering Support,MAC,Hydraulic,General Services,Ado,Health Education Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 40 - 45
