We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.As an Associate Program Supervisor, you’ll split your time between providing direct ABA services to clients and supporting BCBAs and Program Supervisors with treatment planning, supervision, and staff development. You’ll be a mentor, coach, and hands-on team member helping ensure our clients receive the highest-quality care.You’ll:Provide direct ABA services to clients, similar to a Behavior Technician roleCollaborate with BCBAs and Program Supervisors to design, implement, and update individualized treatment plansMonitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment programsSupervise, coach, and provide ongoing training for Behavior TechniciansConduct performance evaluations and support professional growth of staffParticipate in clinical team meetings to share insights and strategies for challenging casesDevelop engaging, client-centered activities aligned with treatment goalsWho Are We Looking For?Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field OR currently pursuing a Master’s2+ years of experience in ABA therapyProven team leadership skills and ability to foster a positive, collaborative environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsKnowledge of ABA ethics and industry standardsCreativity in developing engaging client programsBilingual in Spanish is a plusApply today and join a company that invests in its supervisors and teams while making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives!#AT2PandoLogic.
